Projects. I've got three right now.

  1. Hiking & Overuse Injuries. Hiking used to injure me. Now it doesn't. This is the story of how I changed my thinking, fixed my hiking, and was able to cover 30+ miles a day without the pain and injury that used to plague me.
  2. Zero-Carb Rowing. I started sculling this summer, and it's amazing. I also stopped eating plants this summer, and that's also been amazing. It's a mashup of diet and exercise!
  3. Networking Step-by-Step. After 10 years in the same job, I got the itch to expand my horizons. So I learned to network. My pre-conceived and (frankly) ignorant ideas about networking were turned upside down. Learning to network changed my life. I want to share what I learned with you--the step-by-step process, and the underlying principles that make authentic networking effective. Coming Soon!
